The purpose of the Building (Registered Building Control Approvers etc.) (England) Regulations 2024 (the Regulations) is to consolidate and replace the Building (Approved Inspectors etc.) Regulations 2010 (AI Regulations), following amendments made to the Building Act 1984 (the 1984 Act) by the Building Safety Act 2022 (the 2022 Act).
