Our Health & Safety Competent Person service is designed to help businesses of all sizes comply with health and safety regulations by providing fast access to a competent person certification and expert advice.
In the UK, Section 7 of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 requires organisations to have access to competent Health & Safety advice. Every employer has a duty to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of their employees, as well as anyone else who may be affected by their work. This includes providing a safe and healthy workplace, safe systems of work, and adequate information, instruction, and training for employees.Employers must also appoint a competent person to help them meet their health and safety obligations

Our basic package offers 4 hours per month and is suitable for service-based businesses with up to 20 staff, recommended 1 location.
Professional | £800 + VAT per month
Our professional package offers 8 hours per month and is suitable for service-based business or low-risk production with 20 – 40 staff, recommended up to 2 locations.
Advanced | £1600 + VAT per month
Our advanced package offers 16 hours per month and is suitable for general construction and manufacturing businesses with 40+ staff, recommended up to 3 locations.

Fast Access to Competent Advice
Through our Risk Assist Service Desk, you can submit enquiries and incident reports any time. Each submission will be assigned a ticket number for your case.
Instant Certificate of Service
As soon as you sign up the competent person service, you will be provided with a Certificate of Service, allowing you to provide evidence of your access to competent health & safety advice at an time. Every certificate includes a QR Code which links to our LIVE data, meaning the contracts can be validated at any time.
Expert Advice
You will receive access to qualified and experienced Health and Safety Consultants. Our team of health and safety professionals are on hand to provide expert advice and support whenever you need it. Our advisors are Chartered Members of IOSH, as a minimum, and maintain the required continual professional development (CPD) to ensure that they are up-to-date with current legislation and industry best practices.
