This instrument makes a number of amendments to earlier EU Exit SIs that convert EU legislation (which forms the plant protection product (“PPP”) and maximum residue level (“MRL”) regulatory regimes) into national law, to reflect when EU law ceases to apply and retained EU law comes into force at the end of the implementation period, thereby ensuring that the national regime will operate effectively.
