Introduction

Clause 6.1 of ISO 14001:2015 requires your organisation to document risks and opportunities that could affect the environmental management system, however the standard does not define a particular methodology to use.

This template can be used to together with the Risks & Opportunities Methodology to fulfil the requirements of the standard.
