Climate Change Agreements (Administration) Regulations 2012

The purpose of this statutory instrument is to appoint the Environment Agency as the administrator of the climate change agreement (CCA) scheme in relation to CCA’s which are entered into after the date on which the statutory instrument comes into force, and to set out the powers and duties of the administrator in carrying out its administrative functions.
