The purpose of this statutory instrument is to make amendments to the Climate Change Agreements (Administration) Regulations 2012 (S.I. 2012/1976) and the Climate Change Agreements (Eligible Facilities) Regulations 2012 (S.I. 2012/2999) to enable a two-year extension to the Climate Change Agreements scheme, adding a new Target Period (Target Period 5) and enabling eligibility for a reduced rate of Climate Change Levy through to 31 March 2025.
