Various provisions however: Sec 41-44 amends Computer Misuse Act 1990. Creates new offence of "committing unauthorised acts causing, or creating risk or, serious damage in relation to a computer". Allows UK citizens to be prosecuted where they are based, and non-UK citizens based in the UK.
