The Air Quality Standards Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010 will replace the Air Quality Standards Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007, and will also incorporate provisions of the fourth daughter directive relating to arsenic, cadmium, mercury, nickel and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in ambient air.
