This instrument is being made to restrict the supply of single-use plastic plates, bowls, and trays and ban the supply of single-use plastic cutlery and balloon sticks and expanded and foamed extruded polystyrene (EPS/XPS) food and drink containers, including cups, to prevent pollution of the environment and harm to the health of humans and animals.
