The 2020 Act makes provision for a variety of new insolvency and restructuring mechanisms. These Regulations are necessary to apply those mechanisms to LLPs. They replicate the provisions of the Limited Liability Partnerships (Amendment etc.) Regulations 2020 (SI 2020/643), with minor modifications.
