Introduction
The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the UK Data Protection Act 2018 give data subjects a right of access to their information, and therefore placing responsibilities on organisation that hold that data.
Organisations should be aware of the legislative deadlines for responding to subject access requests (SARs) and have a formal approach to meeting this.
