Interested Parties Register

Introduction

An interested parties register can be used to identify both the internal and external parties who have a need or expectation on your business. Any risks or opportunities identified in the context of your ISO Management System can be dealt with accordingly.

Clause 4.2 Understanding the Need and Expectations of Interested Parties

Annex SL based ISO Management Systems include a requirement to identify needs and expectations of interested parties relevant to its purpose and that might impact the intended outcome of the system.

While the standards do not specify how this should be demonstrated, some organisations use an Interested Parties Register evidence this clause.

Below you can download a FREE Interested Parties Register with some examples based on ISO 22313.
