This policy outlines the approach to ensuring awareness within the organisation as required by Clause 7.3 of ISO 9001:2015. It ensures that employees are aware of the quality objectives, their roles in achieving them, and the impact of their work on the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS).

ISO 9001:2015 – Awareness

Clause 7.3 of ISO 9001:2015 requires organisations to ensure that employees at all levels are aware of the relevance and importance of their activities in relation to the QMS and the achievement of quality objectives. This includes making sure employees understand how their work affects product and service conformity, customer satisfaction, and overall organisational performance. By fostering awareness, organisations can improve engagement, enhance accountability, and ensure consistent quality across processes.
