It ensures that the organisation provides and manages the necessary people, infrastructure, environment, and other resources to achieve quality objectives and continuous improvement.

Clause 7 of ISO 9001:2015 requires organisations to determine and provide the resources needed to establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve the QMS. This includes ensuring competent personnel, adequate infrastructure, a suitable work environment, monitoring and measuring resources, and knowledge management. By effectively managing resources, organisations can enhance operational efficiency, product and service quality, and overall customer satisfaction.
