C9.3 – Management Review
This policy outlines the approach to management review as required by Clause 9.3 of ISO 9001:2015. It ensures that top management regularly reviews the Quality Management System (QMS) to assess its effectiveness, alignment with strategic objectives, and opportunities for improvement.
ISO 9001:2015 – Management Review
Clause 9.3 of ISO 9001:2015 requires organisations to conduct management reviews at planned intervals to evaluate the overall performance of the QMS. This process includes assessing audit results, customer feedback, process performance, nonconformities, corrective actions, and opportunities for improvement. Management must also consider changes in external and internal factors that may impact the QMS. By systematically reviewing the QMS, organisations can ensure continuous improvement, maintain compliance, and align quality objectives with business goals.
